If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item within 30 days in its original condition. Customer is responsible for the purchase of the return label of the item. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for items not in original condition. If the item is returned after the 30 days, not in its original packaging and has visible wear and tear we may take up to 50% off the refund depending on the condition of the item and customer is responsible for the return label. Once the returned item is verified the customer will be refunded accordingly.


Return Polices: 

We will accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Product must be brand new and unused.
  2. If there are any manufacturer’s  errors or craftsmanship issues.
  3. You will have 30 days window to make your request for review.
  4. Must obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning.


We will “NOT” accept any returns under the following conditions:

  1. Product that is custom designed or that was made to order.
  2. For liability reasons, we do not accept any used climbing gears.


Prior to making a returns, please make sure to have its original packaging and attach a Return Authorization Number before shipping it back. Any returns without Return Authorization Number will not be processed.

If an item needs to be exchanged for a different size, the customer must pay for the shipping back to our location and re order the correct item as a new order. A refund will be issued accordingly.
